Insurance and Billing

Payment for services and insurance coverage can definitely be a confusing process for patients and family. Rest assured however, that at WRH, we will take the time to discuss insurance coverage and explain the insurance and billing process.

Soon after the referral for your admission has been received by our facility, we will initiate the verification for your insurance benefits. If you have commercial insurance, we recommend that you contact them to find out what services are and are not covered under your plan as every insurance plan is different. Our Financial Coordinator may call you in advance of your admission to verify basic information.

You are responsible for payment of all services rendered which are not covered by your insurance. If you have any questions, please call our Financial Coordinator regarding insurance coverage or payment arrangements.
