Why WRH?

In 2010 Weslaco Rehab Hospital proudly attained a three-year accreditation from the Commission on Accreditation of Rehab Facilities (CARF) International for our Comprehensive Integrated Inpatient Rehabilitation Program. CARF accreditation comes after rigorous peer review process that demonstrates the highest quality of patient care. It is the highest level of accreditation that can be awarded to a rehabilitation facility and guarantees that services provided at Weslaco Rehab Hospital are continually improving and are of the highest quality, measurable and accountable.

Functional Improvement

A patient’s functional improvement is measured by evaluating a patient’s overall functional status throughout their stay at Weslaco Rehab Hospital. It is the Hospital’s goal to return patients to the community at a level of function which is efficient for them and their families.
